Waste Category #4 – Time

Hello World!

Time? Really? What is time? How relevant is it to each and every one of us? Is time wasted? Isn’t it familiar to everyone?

Key Points (taken from www.thoughtco.com)

  • Time is the progression of events from the past into the future.
  • Time only moves in one direction. It’s possible to move forward in time, but not backward.
  • Scientists believe memory formation is the basis for human perception of time.

One thing is certain and that is, time has always been there and will always be there. Quite sure too, that we’ve all heard the phrase ”stop wasting time” somewhere, somehow, sometime. Please share your thoughts and ideas on this very interesting and provocative topic. Your ”two cents” from your vantage point is important. I do believe the responses will be varied.

  1. Time!!! I believe this one word is so powerful. Personally, we made time for what’s important. There’s always time. It took me years to believe that however. I was to be the one to say”I don’t have time” to do this or that. Or there’s Not enough “time in the day”. However, with growth and maturity, I learn otherwise …we make time for what’s important. For example, if I have a deadline at work, I made time for it. What’s the difference between that and starting a personal project? Or time with friends (that are important to you)…

    1. Powerful, provocative and very interesting to say the least. Thank you for sharing your two cents and of course your time …..
